Ragnar – Miami to Key West

I am not really sure if I could have broken one more rule as a runner. I had very little sleep (about 45 min in over 24 hours from wake up to last leg run), horrible nutrition and very little of that and no vaseline or glide which resulted in the worse blisters I have ever had. It was all worth it.
